The terminal is genuinely free — you pay nothing for the hardware. In return you take card processing through the agreement for a minimum of 18 months. If you decide to stop, there is no exit penalty. Processing rates depend on your card mix and turnover, so they are quoted per business rather than advertised as a headline number that would not apply to you.

What the terminal does
The SkyTab is a compact, portable card payment terminal that handles contactless, chip and PIN, and mobile wallet payments, and prints receipts from the unit itself.
It is small enough to carry, which matters more than it sounds. A terminal that stays by the till forces the customer to come to you. One that travels lets a restaurant take payment at the table, a barber take payment in the chair, and a mobile trade take payment on the doorstep before leaving the job.
It connects over Wi-Fi or mobile data, so it keeps working at an event, in a van, or anywhere the fixed broadband does not reach. Receipts print from the built-in printer or go to the customer by email.

No. While ITSL provides IT support locally around Woodford Green, Essex and East London, card machine installation is available across the whole UK.
