Important notes
- Starter package has no free trial, so a 3-month contract is signed before work starts.
- Growth, Premium and Ultra Premium include a 2-week free trial. A trial agreement is signed first, and the 3-month contract is signed only if the client is happy after the trial.
- Ownership of website, design assets and setup transfers only after full payment of the agreed contract.
- App development and additional AI features are quoted separately based on scope and complexity.
- Paid ads management is included only in Ultra Premium. Ad spend is not included and must be paid separately by the client.
- SMS marketing management is included only in Ultra Premium. SMS platform and sending costs are paid separately by the client.
- Any additional bespoke development, ad budget, or third-party tool/licence costs are charged separately unless agreed in writing.

How much does managed IT support cost in London?
ITSL's managed IT support is included from the Starter package at £499 per month, with more comprehensive priority and on-site support included in the Growth, Premium and Ultra Premium packages.
Is there a setup fee for any package?
No, none of ITSL's four packages charge a setup fee. Growth, Premium and Ultra Premium include a 2-week free trial before a 3-month contract begins, while Starter has no free trial and requires a 3-month contract signed before work starts.
Do we own the website once it is built?
Yes, ownership of the website, design assets and setup transfers to you after full payment of the agreed contract.
Which ITSL packages include a free trial?
